Mercerwood
East shore streets around the Mercerwood Shore Club, where lake humidity and door traffic show up as condensation and defrost complaints.
Mercerwood sits inside our regular Mercer Island round, so a call placed in the morning usually lands an afternoon slot. Most of what we open here is built-in or integrated — panel-ready installations that have to come out of cabinetry and go back without leaving a mark on it.

What we handle in Mercerwood
- Refrigerator Repair Built-in and integrated Sub-Zero refrigerators: sealed system, evaporator and defrost circuit, control boards, door seals and the panel-ready cabinetry they sit in. Details
- Freezer Repair Freezer drawers and full-height freezer columns that will not hold temperature, frost over between defrosts, or short-cycle without ever pulling the cabinet down. Details
- Ice Maker Repair Clear-ice heads and standard freezer modules: short fills, missed harvests, slabbed bins and the water-supply faults that usually get blamed on the module. Details
- Wine Cooler Repair Dual-zone wine storage that has stopped holding its zones apart, sweats on the glass, runs loud, or has lost its lighting and control response. Details

After the long outage last fall the zones sat three or four degrees high while the display claimed all was well. The control board had taken a hit. Read, proved, replaced.

Hollow cubes for most of a year. He found the inlet valve on the first visit, fitted it that afternoon, and explained why the filter change had made it worse.
