East shore streets around the Mercerwood Shore Club, where lake humidity and door traffic show up as condensation and defrost complaints.
Mercerwood is one corner of the only place we work. Most of what we open here is built into joinery, from integrated columns to undercounter wine units, so panels come off before anything moves and go back exactly as they were.
On the streets down by the shore the lake shows up in door seals first, as fogged glass and wet shelves, and the notes in Lake Air follow that water from the door to the coil.

After the floors were refinished the door stopped seating and the whole cabinet frosted over. Out of level, one hinge shimmed wrong. Levelled, re-shimmed, gasket reseated. Dry all through a muggy June.
